Of the Celtic mythology arises a story which
indicates that the name of the city of Lugdunum
comes from the fact that a thick cloud of ravens
beat down on trees situated in a heightened place,
where Momoros and Atépomaros had to build a
city there.
Now, in this place, Lougos wanted to say crow
and its name indicated a heightened place
( Lug-Dunum).
